The Challenge
We are at a crossroads in the Information Age. Digital technology has opened wide opportunities for global communication, collaboration, and self-expression. However, an increasing dependence on technology is threatening our cognitive abilities and even our mental health.
Simultaneously, breakthroughs in research across neuroscience and psychology show us the remarkable potential of the human mind. We are fully capable of living rich creative lives and developing solid critical thinking skills.
These challenges and opportunities have struck me deeply. In response I've launched a podcast and learning site called Incredible Mind.
